New Administrative Appointments - Effective Jan. 3, 2017
On November 15, the Osceola County School Board approved the following administrative appointments - Effective Jan. 3, 2017:
Kim Manion, Principal of Celebration K-8
Throughout her career, Kim Manion has held the following positions: Teacher at Holy Redeemer Catholic School (1997-2002); Teacher at PATHS (2005-2006); Literacy Coach at PATHS (2006-2008); IB Coordinator at Celebration High (2008-2013); Assistant Principal at Poinciana High (2013-2015); and Assistant Principal at Celebration K-8 (2015-present). She received her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the University of Central Florida and a master's degree in Educational Leadership from the American College of Education.
Michael Ballone, Principal of Horizon Middle
Throughout his career, Michael Ballone has held the following positions: Teacher at Surfside Middle School in Panama City (2005-2007); Teacher at Celebration High (2007-2011); Assistant Principal at Celebration K-8 (2011-2014), and Principal of Celebration K-8 (2014-present). He received his bachelor's degree in Social Science Education from Florida State University and a master's degree in Educational Leadership from Stetson University.
Hilary DeLuca, Assistant Principal of Neptune Middle
Throughout her career, Hilary DeLuca has held the following positions: Primary Instructor at the Developmental Disabilities Institute in Smithtown, New York (1996-1999); Behavioral Specialist at Denn John Middle (1999-2002); Dean of Students at Denn John Middle (2002-2005); and Assistant Principal at Denn John Middle, Narcoossee Elementary, and currently at Kissimmee Elementary (2005-present). She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from State University of New York at Binghamton and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Stetson University.
