Open Campus Lunch Information
Poinciana High School offers students the opportunity to earn open campus lunch privileges if they meet the requirements outlined below.

  1. Member of the Senior Class
  2. Completed Off Campus Lunch Form and filed in Student Services
  3. Additional Quarterly Requirements (outlined below)

Additional Quarterly Requirements

  • First Quarter
    3.0 Cumulative GPA (weighted)
  • Second Quarter
    3.0 Cumulative or Quarter 1 GPA (weighted)
    Less than 5 days absent
    No Out of School Suspension
  • Third Quarter
    3.0 Cumulative or Quarter 2 GPA (weighted)
    Less than 8 days absent
    No Out of School Suspension
  • Fourth Quarter
    3.0 Cumulative or Quarter 3 GPA (weighted)
    Less than 10 days absent
    No Out of School Suspension

Violations of Open Campus Lunch
Students that return to campus late will receive the following consequences:

  • First Violation: Warning
  • Second Violation: Privilege revoked for nine weeks
  • Third Violation: Privilege revoked for the remainder of the school year

The Administration reserves the right to revoke or suspend these privileges at any time and for any reason.
