Student Laptop Case, Charges and Damages
Posted Date: 01/10/26 (10:41 AM)
Dear Parents and Guardians,
To ensure the protection and longevity of all student laptops, please review the following important information regarding laptop cases, chargers, and potential damage fees.
All student laptops must remain in their protective cases at all times. If your student did not receive a laptop case, they are required to visit the Technology Office to obtain one. Laptop cases will be available for pickup through January 30, 2026. This requirement does not apply to students who already have a case but may have temporarily left it at home.
All laptops were issued with chargers. If a charger has been lost or misplaced, a replacement may be purchased by scanning the QR codes, which are also available to scan outside the Technology Office.
Please be advised that if a laptop screen is damaged and it is determined that the device was not in a protective case at the time of damage, a repair fee will be assessed and charged to the student’s MySchoolBucks account. If a laptop is damaged while properly stored in its case, the incident will be reviewed to determine whether the damage was accidental or intentional.
Thank you for your continued support in helping us maintain school-issued technology.
